To WWM belongs a high-modern WWM Service Hub in Alsdorf. Located at the motorway A4 and A44 and appointed with modern stock management, we work with really short reaction time and call up daily views of our inventories. Every year, we manage the complete logistic for over 2000 events and 1500 advertising media sending of our customer. In the Service Hub, we stock all exhibition systems and other articles of our customer - moreover we manage all material, which we offer for rent in the WWMcloud.
Our storage is armed with high-modern systems with the newest technic. With this, we can handle without any problems a multiplicity of orderings within short time.
We determine all articles with a modern ERP-system. At consignment, checking and sanitary, our employees are working with high carefulness.
Your materials are safe in our custody. The terrain of the WMM Service Hub is not only monitored by cameras, but also manned 24/7 by security.
Efficient logistics for effective event marketing
The internal storgae management is controlled with modern ERP-systems. All storaged article are furnished with article numbers and are bound in a custom built stock book. All article are bounded into fixed, assigned to the customer, storing positions.
The calculation of your storage costs take placed of the basis of used storing positions. You can pay monthly, quarterly or annually. Just as well as convenient into your budget.
All article are available in each time. To order and deliver your desired article, you use the myWWM software.

Use myWWM to order what you need, and we will pick precisely these items for shipping.
Items are picked according to item-based packing lists. Your order will be transferred to a packing list and forwarded to our project managers. During picking, items will be entered into the packing lists together with their quantities.
Whether you want to rent presentation solutions or accessories or want to call off your own materials: We will make sure that all items you require will be packed. Only after the entire packing list has been processed will the products be released for shipping.
We take maintenance of your equipment
We will make sure that you never again have to bring defective equipment to an event. Our qualified personnel will test, clean, and inspect trade show systems and marketing materials upon their return.
The trade show systems that are in perfect condition will be returned to storage immediately. Remaining collateral will also be checked and stored for use during the next event. myWWM stock-keeping data is updated as quickly as possible to always give you full access to your inventory.
The costs for inspection and cleaning depend on the materials used. Our price lists are divided into clear-cut categories to let you know exactly what you pay for.
Our service to you - get carefree
Our rental equipment for use at trade shows is being covered by WWM exhibition insurance. Any trade show systems or other rentals at which our trained personnel discover damages upon return will be replaced by our exhibition insurance at no cost.
The insurance also covers damages on your individual graphics produced by WWM. If wished, we will ship replacement graphics within 48 hours, provided that the graphics data has been made available to us. Even with a busy trade show schedule, this means that you will no longer have to worry about defective or missing event equipment.
