Our WWM shipping services will offer you the opportunity to ship the trade show systems, accessories, and graphics stored at our warehouse across Germany and abroad. One mouse-click is enough to tell the myWWM application to deliver your equipment at a specified time and have it picked up after the event is over. We provide extreme flexibility when choosing a shipping location – products can be delivered, for example, to the trade show area or to a private address, just as you wish.     Long and difficult coordination in matters of delivery and pick-up service of your event materials are finished with the myWWM software solution. Here, you can control the distribution of your materials from a central location. Moreover, you have the overview of all distributions of you planned and current events. In the following, we answer frequently asked question to our distribution service. For more details, we like to talk to you personally.

    What can we ship for you?

    WWM shipping services have been designed for delivering your marketing equipment and materials: Send retractable banners and literature racks to your events or even entire exhibits; distribute product samples to end customers or give showcases to field service. We will also send your conventional marketing equipment and materials to the address you have given us. The only requirement is that the items be stored at our logistics center and have been captured in the myWWM application.

    Which transport packaging do we use?

    We send trade show systems in optimized packaging, such as Flightcases, Shuttlecases, or special transport bags. Marketing materials are being packed up to a maximum weight of 30 kg for safety reasons and to optimize shipping. Our shipping employees will design transport-enhanced packaging for your individual products to deliver everything safe and sound to the desired location.

    Who are our logistics partners?

    We work together with a variety of logistics partners, such as DHL, UPS, and Go!, in order to be able to offer you as many shipping options as possible.

    Just sign into your myWWM account, choose the item you want and the application will automatically suggest the most inexpensive logistics option. Of course, you can also select another vendor if this one better meets your needs. Whether it is packaging services, forwarding or courier, you will always benefit from the inexpensive WWM pricing of our shipping partners.

    How are your items covered by insurance?

    The shipment of trade show and exhibition systems for WWMcloud customers always includes an exhibition insurance, which also covers damages and losses during transport. For marketing materials or individual customer equipment, we offer inexpensive shipping insurance. The price for this insurance will be calculated automatically based on the value of ordered marketing materials.
