Various trade fair appearances with MSD Animal Health 

In recent years, we were able to realize various trade fair appearances for MSD Tiergesundheit, including at the Regio Agrar trade fairs. Furthermore, we were able to successfully support the in-house event "Expertise" with our modular exhibition stands and rental furniture as the responsible exhibition stand construction company. The exhibition stands were subject to different requirements regarding stand size, stand construction and presentation of the contents. Due to the modular design of our back walls, we were able to flexibly and individually adapt the existing stands for each new stand area at the various trade fairs.

Expertise 2018 in Unterschleißheim

The trade fair presentation at Expertise 2018 consisted of a total of 8 different booths, which could be visited by visitors during the breaks of the congress. The individual booths were intended to provide an overview of the MSD portfolio including its partner companies. 

The special feature of the booths was that there was only one large back wall per booth, which caught the eye directly with a backlit graphic. Due to this simplicity, the visitor already knew upon entering the stand area which thematic area the stand was focusing on. Thus, the visitor could directly get an overview of all subject areas and thus get targeted information according to his interests. The lighting of the stands was provided by LED modules, which backlit the graphics of the large walls.

Regio Agrar Bayern 2020 in Augsburg

By subdividing the different fabric graphics (2m and 1m), this modular exhibition stand could be used at a wide variety of Regio Agrar events. The motifs were created by our graphic designers in such a way that despite the different stand sizes (4x4m and 4x5m) a uniform design was created. For events where the ceiling height allowed it, an additional long-distance effect could be realized by means of a tower attachment. Seating possibilities as well as the openness of the stand ensured a feel-good atmosphere for the stand visitor. For the physical well-being of the visitors, a coffee counter was also integrated into the booth. In addition, give-aways from MSD were placed on the stand to be distributed after the discussions with the stand visitors. For this purpose, a brochure stand was converted into a bag holder by removing the brochure trays.

Personal thoughts

The cooperation with MSD is always pleasant and uncomplicated. Due to the long partnership, the handling of trade fair projects takes place hand in hand, which means that the exchange of information functions smoothly. Although we have already realized various trade fair presentations for MSD, the booths are never boring due to the different requirements, but always newly prepared. In addition to our modular trade fair stand solutions, we were also able to realize individual trade fair projects for MSD with our RocketExpo business unit.
