Humanity / Ethics
We attach great importance to adhering to ethical principles in the way we live together. We have no room for exploitation, overreaching or degrading behaviour. Respectful treatment of all people is particularly important to us. Origin, appearance, gender and sexual orientation play no role in this. We unreservedly accept religious and political convictions that recognise and respect the free democratic basic order and the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
For us, humanity is not a buzzword, but the basis for responsible behaviour, both internally within the team and externally towards customers, partners and society as a whole.
