The costs depend on various factors, such as size, design, equipment, and materials. However, thanks to our flat-rate logistics fees, the location of the trade fair within Germany is not an unpredictable cost factor: We offer a standard fixed price for transport and setup. We also offer transparent flat rates throughout Europe, depending on the country.

2. How long does it take to plan and produce a booth?

Our answer:
At ExpoCloud, many things run much faster than usual. Ideally, you should start planning 5–6 weeks before the trade show. The booth must be booked at least 15 business days before the start of the trade show.

The earlier you start, the smoother the entire process will be, and you will avoid additional express costs that may arise if you have to implement your plans at short notice within these 15 days.

 

3. Can we reuse elements for multiple trade shows?

Absolutely! Sustainability and cost-effectiveness are important to us. Thanks to modular construction, flexible graphics, and our storage solutions, you can reuse elements multiple times and save money at every subsequent trade show.
